ANDREW HENDERSON

Andrew is an Associate in our commercial transactions team.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked in-house as group legal counsel for a property group which operated in the real estate and hotel industries.  During this time Andrew was involved in setting up a large corporate bond for the group, and also successfully opposed proceedings brought against the group's holding company.

Andrew is South African and ran his own practice in South Africa.  Andrew has previously also worked for several years in general commercial practices. 

Andrew has extensive experience in connection with commercial property transactions, leasing, and conveyances.

Andrew is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
