ALEXANDER HICKS

Alex is a senior member of our estates and succession planning team.  He brings an astute mind to provide practical advice in the areas of asset protection, wealth management, and estate and succession plans for individuals and businesses. 

Alex assists clients in drafting wills, including discretionary testamentary trust wills, powers of attorney and advance care directives.

Alex has significant experience in the preparation of probate and letters of administration applications, and the administration of deceased estates.  He also has been regularly involved in the resolution of probate disputes and family provision claims.

His experience in a range of diverse practice areas has afforded him a well-rounded skill set and Alex prides himself on delivering exceptional advice and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with his clients.

Alex is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
