Lachie is an experienced property lawyer and a Senior Associate in our transactions team.
He practises in all areas of property law, and specialises in commercial, retail, industrial, and agricultural property transactions with a particular focus on acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
Lachie has extensive experience acting for property funds, developers, purchasers, vendors, landlords, and tenants. He has provided astute advice in connection with due diligence investigations, sales and acquisitions, leasing, development projects, and land divisions.
Lachie works closely with clients to achieve their commercial objectives and is valued for his timely and commercial legal advice.
